English fingerings

A system of notating keyboard fingering that is now obsolete. This system used the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 for the fingers and an (x) for the thumb. Modern fingering notation uses a 1 to notate the thumb, and 2, 3, 4, and 5 for the fingers.
