Raddolcendo

Raddolcendo is an italian word that literally translates to "sweet melody". As a musical directive it indicates to the musician to perform a certain passage of a composition with a gradually reduced volume; increase in softness; grow gentler, sweeter, and calmer.<br><br>An excellent example of music using raddolcendo is Mozart's Sonata for Piano No 15 in F major, K 494 533.<br>
